One to One/ Private Sessions
Working one to one with you, I offer bespoke sessions that are completely tailored to suit your needs. Over the years I’ve worked with lots of folks seeking private yoga sessions. This can be for any number of reasons, ranging from individuals with chronic pain, injury recovery, brain injury recovery or recovering from surgery. Or quite simply to take time for themselves and their mental wellbeing. If you’re interested in working together, I’d love to hear from you. Sessions are £30 per hour. From 16th May, one to one sessions will take place in my new dedicated yoga space in Kilmarnock.

Tuesday Feel Good Flow
All levels welcome to join this evening class, where we will move with the breath to find movement that feels good. Expect to begin with seated postures, building up to a steady asana practice, and closing with a sweet savasana.

Wednesday Wellness
Set the tone for the rest of your week and join me on the mat each Wednesday to fill your mid-week with some time for you. Together we will mindfully meditate, move and relax!

Mummy and Me
The perfect chance to connect home to yourself, bond with your baby and meet a community of new mamas who are on the same journey through motherhood as you. Suitable from 6-8 week's post partum, the 6 week block offers you the space to breathe, stretch and begin to rebuild strength.

Wednesday Pregnancy Class
Pregnancy is a special time, this 6 week block is a nurturing space to connect with your body and your baby. Suitable for 12 weeks onwards, you will be guided through breath-work, movement, meditation and relaxation techniques to create calm in your pregnancy, and prepare for birth.

Saturday Feel Good Flow (Stewarton)
Set the tone for your weekend, by beginning with an energising and uplifting yoga practice. 60 minutes to set up your Saturday with breath-work, movement-a-plenty and creating some calm with a nourishing relaxation. This class takes place in Dynamite Dance Studio, Stewarton.

Wednesday Reset & Relax
Prioritising rest, this class allows you to slow down. Beginning with a grounding slow flowing yoga practice, we then surrender into yin postures and close the class with an extended relaxation.
