Pre & Postnatal Yoga

As a mum of 4, I have first hand experience of the vast benefits of practicing yoga pre and post baby/babies. From easing aches and pains in pregnancy, to building back strength postpartum, my yoga practice has supported me. Not only has my body physically benefited from the practice, but my mind and mood too. Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and the super powerful practice of Yoga Nidra, continue to influence me both on and off my yoga mat, inspiring me to be calmer, more present and content.

My intention is to share my own experience, practices and knowledge with expectant mums and new mums. Coupled with extensive pregnancy and post partum yoga training and continued learning, to help support calm, connected and content mums and babies as they navigate their way through motherhood.

These classes are an opportunity to hold space for you either pre or postnatally, a safe place shared with a community of other mums who wish to feel empowered, nurtured and connected.

Pregnancy Yoga

Offered in 6 week blocks and suitable from 12 weeks onwards, our pregnancy classes take a holistic approach in supporting mums-to-be through their prenatal journey.

Combining breath-work, meditation, pregnancy safe movement and relaxation techniques to create calm in your pregnancy and empower you to feel strong. These classes are designed with the intention of building trust in your body’s ability to reach each milestone of your prenatal journey with confidence.

You’ll learn new ways to nurture a healthy pregnancy by sleeping better, enjoying a boost of energy levels and creating a healthy mindset. Whilst also using an array of techniques to prepare for the birth of your little one.

No previous yoga experience is needed to join our pregnancy yoga classes and you can safely practice yoga right up until the end of your pregnancy.

Spaces are limited and must be booked in advance.

Our Mummy & Me classes are the perfect chance to connect home to yourself, bond with your baby and meet a community of new mamas who are on the same journey through motherhood as you.

Suitable from 6-8 week’s post partum, the 6 week block offers you the space to breathe, stretch and begin to rebuild strength. These classes are a really lovely blend of postures and movement for mums, mixed with massage and movement for baby too.

They say it takes a village to raise a child, and in these classes you have a community of like-minded mums to share your experiences, connect and support one another.

There is no previous experience of yoga needed, and the class is suitable for little ones who are not yet mobile (rollers are welcome!).

We keep numbers small for these classes too, which helps to foster the supportive and nurturing element of our time together. Booking is essential.
