Yoga for Men Workshops

    We’ll guide you through foundational poses, simple breathing techniques, and gentle stretches to help ease tight muscles, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. Whether you’re an athlete looking to prevent injuries, a desk worker hoping to relieve stiffness, or simply curious about yoga, this class is for you.

    Expect a laid-back atmosphere, clear instructions, and modifications to suit all fitness levels. Come as you are and leave feeling stronger, more relaxed, and refreshed

Autumn Day Retreat at Dumfries House

  • You’re warmly invited to a soul-nourishing day retreat set in the tranquil grounds of Dumfries House Well-Being Centre. From 10am to 4pm, we’ll move through a carefully curated journey of movement, stillness, and seasonal connection, hosted by Varrie and Vhairi. 

    Morning Session: Ground and energise with an uplifting Vinyasa Flow, designed to awaken the body and steady the mind.

    Afternoon Session: Embrace deep rest with a calming Yin Yoga practice and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the harp, played live by our special guest, Meredith.

    We’ll provide a nourishing plant-based lunch, along with refreshments and snacks to keep you feeling nourished and fuelled for the day.

    This retreat is a chance to pause, reflect, and realign as we transition into the golden season of autumn.
